SR-D Series

Rotary-Table Vertical All-Electrics

Sumitomo Plastics Machinery’s SR-D Series of all-electric rotary-table vertical injection molding machines is designed for insert and over-molded parts including automotive, electrical, medical, consumer product and other applications including thin-wall parts.

Offered in 55 and 83 US ton model sizes, the SR-D Series features:

180-degree table rotation in approximately 2.1 seconds for fast cycle times
High-speed, low-vibration double toggle design provides optimum control for insert molding
